Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

Also, please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, GenGospel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) GenGospel is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service.
