Coleslaw Dressing

4 cups mayonnaise
¼ cup honey
½ cup sugar
¼ cup white vinegar (not white wine, its too strong)
1-teaspoon celery seeds
¼ teaspoon white pepper
¼ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup horseradish
2 teaspoons kosher salt

Blend all the ingredients together.
To make coleslaw add 2 cups dressing to half a head of shredded cabbage. Add shredded carrots if desired. Toss and marinate 20 minutes. Serve well chilled. Great served on top pulled bbq sandwiches!
